It’s been so long since I’ve watched "Stargate SG-1" that I didn’t even realize Beau Bridges was on the thing! And now he’s dropping a few hints that some big-screen adaptation(s) may be in the works.

From ComingSoon.net: "Last night at the world premiere of Warner Bros.’ The Good German in Hollywood, ComingSoon.net talked to Beau Bridges who revealed a bit about what is going on with the long running sci-fi series "Stargate."

"They’re talking about doing a couple of movies. I haven’t actually signed on the dotted line, but there is talk about it," he told us. Bridges plays Major General Hank Landry on "Stargate SG-1."

While he hasn’t actually seen a script and doesn’t think the season will wrap up leading into the films, he does think the scripts are finished. "Yes, I think they must be. Yes."
