Game of Thrones Wins Big at 2016 Creative Arts Emmys

The Television Academy announced the winners of the 2016 Creative Arts Emmys over a two-night event on Saturday, September 10, and Sunday, September 11, held at the Microsoft Theater at L.A. LIVE in Los Angeles. HBO’s Game of Thrones was the big winner with nine awards, while the network took home 16 in total, followed by 12 for FX.

An edited version of the two-night event will air at 8 p.m. on FXX on September 17, the night before the Primetime Emmy Awards program, which airs on ABC at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT and will be hosted by Jimmy Kimmel.
