This week on DVD, we have a live-action adaptation of a Japanese anime that sparked a major controversy, the farewell season of a popular HBO show, and an animated film featuring the voice of Alec Baldwin, among other things. Read on for the full list.

Alec Baldwin lends his voice to this animated comedy about a domineering infant who wears a suit and both directly and indirectly dictates the behavior of his new family. Black Butterfly (2017) 40%

Antonio Banderas and Jonathan Rhys Meyers star in this thriller about a reclusive writer and a mysterious drifter who face off against each other in a remote cabin when they are isolated together in a storm. It comes with just a standard making-of featurette and a commentary track.

Ghost in the Shell (2017) 43%

Scarlett Johansson and Michael Pitt star in this live-action adaptation of the classic Japanese animated film about a cyborg soldier fighting cyberterrorism who discovers her life was stolen, not saved. It comes with a half-hour making-of featurette, a look at the character design and themes, and a more detailed look at the contemporary context of the film.
