People's Choice 2019 Winners: Marvel, Stranger Things, Cole Sprouse, and Zendaya Dominate

Avengers: Endgame, Stranger Things won big as the most popular movies, TV, music, and digital media were honored at the E! People's Choice Awards.

The 2019 E! People’s Choice Awards were held in Santa Monica, California, Sunday and it was a big night for the Avengers and the team behind Netflix’s Stranger ThingsAvengers: Endgame took home a slew of awards, which is no surprise given its box office performance, including Movie of 2019, Action Movie of 2019, as well as gongs for Robert Downey Jr. (Male Movie Star of 2019) and Tom Holland (Action Movie Star of 2019). On the TV/streaming front, the Duffer Bros.’ Stranger Things won Show of 2019 and Drama Show of 2019, and Millie Bobby Brown was named the Female TV Star of 2019. Other big winners on the night were Ellen DeGeneres, Zendaya, Cole Sprouse, and After – with just 17% on the Tomatometer – which took home the prize for Best Drama Movie of 2019, beating out the likes of Once Upon A Time in Hollywood and Rocketman. Sorry, Tomatometer: the people have spoken.
